Swithick: A typeface experiment rooted in the constraint of three circles and one triangle overlaid onto Helvetica, exploring the tension between Swiss design principles and creative freedom, resulting in what I termed my 'anti-type' or 'destructive font'.

Focusing on graphic design, this project uses controlled typography and juxtaposition to capture the feeling of being overwhelmed.

INTAGRID TYPEFACE

Intagrid: An initial typeface exploration using subtractive design, where lowercase negative space informed uppercase forms, resulting in a playful aesthetic.

Wiggle Display' evolved from the Swithick exploration by maintaining the circle and triangle constraint and using a single continuous line to create new, distinct letterforms.

NUFFIELD HEALTH

Receptionist & Les Mills instructor at Nuffield Health, also creating on-brand posters and digital screen media to keep our club welcoming, engaging, and connected to the charity’s wellness mission.

Finsilk, a pioneering bio-material developed by Made by J. Nudd, showcases utilising fish gelatine to create fully compostable materials, offering a sustainable and ethical alternative that supports the local fishing industry.

Made by J’Nudd is a design-led initiative innovatively using local bio-materials, blending tradition with research for sustainable, eco-conscious, and community-minded design. It has two sub-brands, Finsilk and Yard & Dye, and their grounded yet hopeful approach prioritises a local-first ethos.
